Continuing the Conversation – From Vision to Action
Sunday, February 26@  11:30 am – 1:00 pm

Grosvenor’s Visioning Report has been in circulation since October 2014. Many people contributed their perspectives to the dreaming-planning process, as you can read in the document. The report’s list of eight “overarching goals” has become a meaningful compass for Council, staff and volunteers.

In this, our fourth annual Perspectives gathering, we invite you to help ensure we’re on track and progressing in ways that matter to you. We’ll begin by getting your feedback on how we’re successfully fulfilling our goals, and where we need to focus more attention. Then we’ll spend extra time on reviewing a tool for congregational engagement called “House Groups.” It’s a model for organizing volunteers that was described in the Visioning Report and it may help us to move these four goals forward:  Everyone belongs; We know one another; Worship is at the heart of what we do; We work together effectively.

EVERYONE is welcome, but we’d appreciate your commitment in advance so we can plan for muffins and childcare. The sign-up sheet is at the back of the Sanctuary. If you can’t commit early, please come anyway as we always plan for a few extras. We’ll meet in Grace Land.
