The Outreach Committee has initiated a food drive for the Saskatoon Food Bank which will run from Sunday, March 24th until Sunday, April 14th to coincide with Easter Lent. The Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre receives no core funding. They rely on the generosity of our community to operate. The food bank is committed to ensuring a food secure community.

A barrel has been set up at the back of the church to receive your food donations. Although all non-perishable food donations are greatly appreciated, the Saskatoon Food Bank is in most need of infant formula, peanut butter, whole grain pastas and cereals, canned foods such as vegetables, fruit, beans, fish, meats, hearty soups and stews, and gluten free foods. Monetary donations are also gratefully received. By working together to fill the barrel, we can make a difference in the lives of our most vulnerable neighbours.
